This Privacy Policy has been compiled to describe how the site is managed, with reference to the processing of personal data of users who visit it, pursuant to article 13 of Leg. Decree no. 196/2003 and article 13 of GDPR 679/2016 (European Privacy Regulation).

This Privacy Policy contains information on how to manage the Site, with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who visit it.

The Data Controller believes that the privacy of its users is an essential element to be safeguarded within the scope of its activity. The Data Controller is actively committed to the pursuit of the best protection of personal data, including the activity of informing site users on the processing of data and preparing the technological measures aimed at preventing loss of data. This is to ensure that the User’s personal data is processed with respect for the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of persons, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity.

The Data Processor is Sandro Tarella, domiciled for the purpose at the offices of the company indicated above.
 

Collection of navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to run this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use and functioning of internet communication protocols.

This data category includes, for example, IP addresses or domain names of computers or other tools used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, the date and time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the reply status given by the server and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

The failure to provide this data may lead to the impossibility to fulfil the request.

For the sake of completeness, it should be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this Site), the Authority may request data and information pursuant to article 157 of Leg. Decree no. 196/2003, for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases, it should be noted that the response from the site administrator is mandatory under penalty of administrative fine.

The Data Controller will manage the personal data and will process them both directly and by making use of the work of other individuals who will act as Data Processors, either inside or outside the Data Controller’s structure, or as appointees.

Personal data may be used in order to be able to respond to requests for information, or may be communicated to Bodies and Institutions for the fulfilment of legal obligations or to judicial authorities, if requested.

The data controller undertakes to notify the data subject in case the recipient requests it, should the above-mentioned cases occur.
